- Send Intro to Seller and Title
- Showing Time/CSS or Broker Bay set-up
- Assist in obtaining any additional documents (Sellers Disclosure, T-47, etc)
- Schedule photography, send reminders, upload to MLS
- Create MLS entry and enter details
- Brokerage Compliance
Contract to Close

- Introduction Email to all Parties, introduce your TC as part of the team
- Facilitate delivery of necessary monies
- Coordinate Repairs with your supplied Vendors (negotiations will be up to the agents)
- Process necessary HOA documents
- Collect Survey and T-47 or order Survey if needed
- Prepare Amendments as needed
- Weekly Follow-ups: Title, Lender, Appraisal
- Connect Buyers to home warranty of your choice
- Reminder to Buyers of Utilities Set up
- Brokerage Compliance
- Congratulations emails to all!
- Set Closing Appointment
- Ongoing Connections with Buyers at specific intervals
- Homestead reminder (if applicable)
